I think dollar stores are so under-rated. They have some seriously cool things – and you can’t beat the price!

I agree with you Robin.. They are under rated! Customers need to be wiser with their shopping on festive occasions.

The dollar tree is one of my absolute all time favorite stores! I’m truly amazed all that you can get there. This list is a great reminder of what a person is missing in savings if they just rely on Walmart. Thank you!

Exactly! I guess, the key is when to take that detour to dollar stores for your needs rather than being on auto pilot and buy EVERYTHING from the regular stores.
Dollar stores are always my first stop for holiday decor & goodies! The local “party” stores sell the same quality items for 4x the price!

cannot agree more Alanna. Why would you spend more at the local stores when you can get the same stuff much cheaper from dollar stores?
Oh, how I LOVE the Dollar Store! Thanks for this list!

I love Dollar stores too 🙂 They are simply awesome!
This is a great list! We’ve been over to the dollar store a couple times in the last few weeks and there are some great things in there, although if you want fall stuff, you need to get in there fast. They’re already moving in the Christmas goods.

Those are some great finds. I would add vases because they have so many uses and the decor can be changed for the different holidays.
That’s a good point Pam! Thank you 🙂 I can’t wait to swing by our neighborhood dollar store to browse for some good vases.
I used to always shop our Dollar store. I haven’t been there in months and I am not sure why. Need to check them out again, I can always find something I need there.

I almost always buy my halloween treat buckets at the dollar store but have found that it works out cheaper to buy the candy at Walmart. I also get some of my decorations from the dollar store as well. They do have some great stuff. 🙂

I absolutely love the Dollar Tree. I go there at least 1 a week to see what they have. They really have a great assortment of items for Halloween. I actually just picked up capes for my grandson’s there last week. It is certainly the place I will be getting candy from.
