Today, I want to share a 5 minute meditation script with you. We are all very busy and so meditation for hours is clearly out of question for many! For this reason, I believe this mindful meditation script is a great way to introduce you to a wonderful world of wellness.

Its no secret that I am a meditation junkie. I get a kick out of it, each time without fail. Meditation has greatly helped me with my over all well being in a variety of ways, both mentally and physically.
