You can’t just use the excuse that you don’t have time, because more often than not, there will be time if you are willing to make it. It might mean going to bed an hour later or waking up an hour earlier, but these are the choices that we all have to make.

Everyone struggles at some point in their life, and you need to take care of yourself rather than beating yourself up for not feeling your best. One of the most important things that we can say to you when it comes to looking after yourself is that you should allow yourself the grace that you are willing to give others.
