Feel free to adjust this recipe if you prefer some of these ingredients more than the others. For example, if you really love cocoa, you can always add in more than the suggested amount. If you don’t care for cracker, feel free to cut back. There is plenty of room to tweak this recipe if you please.
Directions
1. Begin by placing the marshmallows in a microwave save bowl. Heat them on high for 20-30 seconds until softened and gooey. Remove them and quickly stir them into a paste.
2. Add in the whipped cream and cocoa powder. Work quickly to mix the ingredients into a smooth fluff.
3. Place the crackers in a baggie and gently crush them. You can make your crumbs as big or fine as you wish.
4. Mix the crumbs into the mixture. You can reserve some to place on top when you are done. As you can see, it makes a really pretty garnish on the whipped cream when done.
Place the s’mores infused whipped cream in a bowl and let it cool in the fridge for 30 minutes. This will also help the flavors mesh awhile longer and really get it tasting great.
To serve your s’mores infused whipped cream, you can serve it just as you would pudding with some crackers crumbled on top. I was not kidding when I said easy no bake dessert recipe. Now, was I? đ
