How To Get Rid of Tiredness Instantly- 5 Steps
1. Caffeine
‘Nuff Said! Well, no. There is more.
While a good ol’ cup of joe may not fix everything, it can help to give you that little boost of energy that you’re needing to start your day. A cup in the morning can help to wake you up quickly when you may be dragging just a bit. And if it won’t keep you awake at night, another cup in the afternoon may be a good trick as well to find that much-needed energy to finish out your day strong. For me, coffee is the absolute lifeline. It helps me overcome tiredness and sleepiness so I can get on with my day with some life! And it is no secret that denying me coffee is the worst thing you can do. Count me as your archenemy for eons to come ;).
Jokes apart, Know your limits when it comes to caffeine, but it can be an effective way of helping you to find, or create your own energy.
2. Take a nap.
You may have thought that you had a solid 8 hours of sleep the night before, but there is such a thing as restless sleep. That’s right, no matter how many hours of sleep you get, if that sleep is not ‘restful’ it will leave you to wonder “why am I so tired all the time EVEN with the required amount of sleep”?? Beats me to think about it.

If your mind was wandering or running the whole time you were asleep, then your eyes may have been closed and you may not have woken up but it is possible to not have gotten a relaxing rest during that time. If you need to find a boost of energy for the day, why not take a power nap or an afternoon nap and see if that helps? I am a great fan of power naps- they give me the short boosts (think dead battery charges) that I need to carry on with my day. If you have to add dealing with kids- otherwise known as Parenting to this mix, take my advice and embrace power naps. Trust me, it will solve some of your fatigue issues.
Sometimes even just a 10-15 minute rest and help fuel you for the remainder of your day.
3. Get outside and into the sunshine

Yes! Thank you for this. I think sunshine is such a boost! And I agree with drinking water, although that is something I need to work on. Caffeine I tend to go overboard on and i need to scale way back on it. But thinking positively – yes. Negativity just drains a person.
I definitely find that the first four give me the stamina boost that I often need. The problem with number 5 is that I never drink enough water. I subconsciously don’t want to have to take a bathroom break while working so I act like a camel. When I get home, I realize that I feel off because I am a little dehydrated :). I need to be better about this.
