‘FOR THE LOVE OF KIDS!’
IS CHANGING THEIR NAME TO
‘A MOMLESS MOM’ .
PLEASE CONTINUE READING THE POST TO GET MORE INFORMATION. THANK YOU!
Change is inevitable in life, would you agree?
When I was a child, I wanted to grow up into a big girl as soon as I could. When I grew up, I wanted to go back to being a little girl so that others could take care of me. Since there was no time machine to take me back to my childhood days, I went ahead anyway and became a responsible adult who is independent and strong. Years and time passed by turning and changing my life around and bought me back to this place where I am today.
Changes, changes and more changes… Isn’t it amazing that there is not even a day goes by that does not change us in tonnes of physical, psychological and spiritual ways?
That is what happened to my blog too, in case you are wondering. When I first started blogging, I was in Blogger platform. In barely three months time, I decided to move to Word Press. I stayed without making any changes for a while and finally decided I have had it! This time, the change I opted for was a bit drastic!
I changed the name of my blog. As you can see, now there is a picture up there, a new name and a subtext that goes with it. It’s too early to let you know what the image is about and who those people you see up there, are. You will come to know all of them eventually including the mysterious woman who is standing in a corner. But I know that the name of my blog is too self explanatory and giveaway for you to guess what’s going on. But whatever! I am excited.
Essentially, my mission of blogging hasn’t changed. I do celebrate my kids in my writings and am continuing to do so. But I am introducing a twist to it now. Kind of like, by adding several other ingredients to an otherwise straight dish to make it yummier and tastier than it should be… I am going to start talking about things that comes in to play while telling the stories of K&K…Things that I wouldn’t be mentioning in my previous life of Mom behind ‘For the Love of Kids’ tales! At this time, that is all I can tell you. I hope that you stick around long enough to get to know what those ‘things’ are and witness my journey along some of these roads that are less taken otherwise…
Did you like the blog picture? It is going to be more like a logo for me from now on. My friend, Bethanne who blogs over at Break My Wings,I Have a Broomstick too steadfastedly (is there such a word?) assisted me in putting that up together. She did an awesome job! Words are not enough to thank her for the sincerity and dedication she exhibited in working on an appropriate image for my blog along the way asking me all the right questions to bring life, to her creativity and my dream. You guys should also take a peek at her blog picture which I instantly fell in love with! It is so true that the images or pictures speak louder than words and Bethanne’s image does a good job of proclaiming her motto for blogging. Thank you Bethanne for offering your wonderful creativity!
I also brainstormed my ideas with few of my other friends in the blogosphere- Eileen from Consignor City and Jennifer from Momma Trauma They both are the bloggers who own two of the most unique blogs that I have come across in my time here. Eileen is the owner of an online resale marketplace for Moms and Dads to sell their children’s used toys and clothes. Her place is very user friendly and easy to navigate for you in picking up some good deals which you won’t get from anywhere else. Trust me on that! Jennifer on the other hand is a crusader battling against birth trauma and violence during childbirth and surrounding time periods. The topics on which Jennifer writes about are the happenings and truths that we all should take time to ponder on and I strongly recommend you visit her when time permits. I thank these two remarkable ladies from the bottom of my heart for putting up with my crazy ideas and for not quitting on me. You know you guys rock!
So, here we are, at the start of our adventures together… I am excited. Can’t wait to share my life all over again…with you!
Between, what do you think about my fresh ideas on blogging away to a new phase?
Excellent?
Okay?
Nope, didn’t work for me?
But differences aside, I hope to see you again 🙂
