Quick and Easy Dinner Ideas- Hurry Curry Chicken

Struggling to come up with quick and easy dinner ideas on week nights? When time is a villain and you are brain dead after a long day at work, things can get a big hazy in the kitchen.

Hurry Curry Chicken

Quick and Easy Dinner ideas

Ingredients

1.5 lb chicken cut into cubes (or pork)

1 C water

2 small apples peeled and cubed

1 can cream of chicken

1 can cream of mushroom

Quick and Easy Dinner Ideas

1 clove garlic

1 tsp red curry powder or yellow

Directions

Cook cubed chicken in a large nonstick skillet.

Once fully cooked set aside.

Add cubed apple chunks, ½ C water and garlic to the warm skillet.

Once softened a little add in the curry powder.

Stir until apples are covered in the powder.

Add in can of mushrooms and Chicken.

Stir until all in combined.

Stir in cooked chicken pieces and the remaining ½ C water.

Continue to cook and stir for 3-5 more minutes.

Serve over rice.

  3. The Curry Chicken looks yummy. I like that it has a apple in it as my family does not eat a lot of fruit and this way they would get some. Plus I might be able to sneak some peas or something into it so they would get a vegetable.
