Other than good old Kraft Dinner, there are many menu options available for quick and easy dinner ideas. They can easily be accommodated into your week night dinner choices. For example, this Hurry Curry Chicken. As the name signifies, this dish is your best friend when you are in a hurry 🙂 So easy to make and needs only few ingredients. Whipped up in no time, your family would love Hurry Curry Chicken, promise.

Hurry Curry Chicken
Ingredients
1.5 lb chicken cut into cubes (or pork)
1 C water
2 small apples peeled and cubed
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 clove garlic
1 tsp red curry powder or yellow
Directions
Cook cubed chicken in a large nonstick skillet.
Once fully cooked set aside.
Add cubed apple chunks, ½ C water and garlic to the warm skillet.
Once softened a little add in the curry powder.
Stir until apples are covered in the powder.
Add in can of mushrooms and Chicken.
Stir until all in combined.
Stir in cooked chicken pieces and the remaining ½ C water.
Continue to cook and stir for 3-5 more minutes.
Serve over rice.

The Curry Chicken looks yummy. I like that it has a apple in it as my family does not eat a lot of fruit and this way they would get some. Plus I might be able to sneak some peas or something into it so they would get a vegetable.
