Ingredients

1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 can of sliced mushrooms, or 1 cup of fresh, sliced
2 beef bouillon cubes

Pinch of salt and pepper
1 cup of sour cream
2 cups of egg noodles
Directions
1. First, place the butter in your skillet and allow it to melt.

7. Sprinkle with paprika to finish (optional).

this almost sounds like a stroganof dish – we can’t find a lot of beef here in India but overall this looks simple enough, yet still hearty.
