Introducing My Divorce Coaching Journey – A New Chapter of Purpose

Life has a way of taking us through unexpected seasons. Some seasons feel like sunshine and fresh beginnings, while others feel like long winters that test our strength in ways we never imagined.

After navigating a high-conflict separation and divorce process that lasted more than eight years, I have finally reached the other side. Holding my divorce certificate in my hands was not just the end of a legal journey. It was the beginning of a deeper purpose.

For nearly two decades, I have worked as a Commercial Insurance Underwriter, building a career rooted in analysis, structure, and risk management. Alongside that, I have spent the last 13 years as a lifestyle blogger and self-published author, sharing reflections on wellness, personal growth, and resilience. But it was my personal experience with divorce that truly reshaped my direction.

Going through a high-conflict divorce can feel isolating, overwhelming, and emotionally exhausting. There were moments when I wished I had someone who truly understood the legal complexities, emotional toll, parenting challenges, and day-to-day uncertainty that comes with separation. Someone who could guide me not just with information, but with perspective, strategy, and hope.

That is why I am now stepping into the role of a Divorce Coach.

I am currently in the process of completing my certification so I can support women who are considering separation, navigating the divorce process, or rebuilding their lives afterward. My goal is to provide practical guidance, emotional empowerment, and real-life insights that only lived experience can bring.

Through my coaching, I want to help women feel informed rather than confused, confident rather than fearful, and supported rather than alone. Divorce is not just a legal transition. It is a life transition that touches identity, finances, parenting, relationships, and self-worth.

On this blog, you can expect resources, reflections, tools, and honest conversations about separation, co-parenting, healing, and starting over. Whether you are at the beginning of this journey or somewhere in the middle, I want this space to feel like a safe and empowering place for you.
